he is now a steady flip-per!

Ethan can now flip without any problems, and the first sign of tat was on the 27th Jan 07... we did up a play corner for him in the guest room... we have vidz of tat. =)

placed those alphabet mats on the floor n allow him to roll n flip there... he is enjoyin it! but if he gets stuck in a position for too long, he gets frustrated! =P

anyway, its all part of the process of exploring n learning...

tis 2 days he seem to b havin a "sore throat" cos his voice quite of became abit coarse, anyway told the teachers to give him more water.. they all lurve him much much!

Flippin 180! next to flip 360?

YEAH BABY! Prince Ethan today have done the flippin, 180 turn! he can do the flippin to one side already! yeah baby! Next will be 360 and before u know it, he will be crawling all over!! :)

Ethan never fails to amaze us!

Prince Ethan never fails to amaze us... just between tis post and the previous one, he has now discovered:

• tat when he at times hv milk chokin, he can do self throat clearing, its funny when he did tat cos he sounded like a big boy.. urgh ahem...
• tat when he laughs out, his voice cord will produce a "giggling" sound, he showed slight sign of this on the weekend, but it seemed tat he did alot of it in school and when on our way back just now, he giggled! so hilarious!

Still no photo for u all cos never vote for him. Don show u photos of him tis mornin in the car seat w his rainbow stripe jumpers and his pose! i'm usin it for my mobile phone wallpaper. :)

aiyo, not enough support lor.. But been an excitin week for Prince Ethan

aiyo, not enough support lor, so quite difficult for Prince Ethan to win the contest liao lor.. anyway, who needs a contest to get endorsement tat Prince Ethan is special uh? :) So, for this post, no picture to melt ur heart as a punishment! ha! But tis week has been special as lil one has shown new developments:

• Prince Ethan can now sit on his own with his back lying against the sofa (without anyone supportin him), not for too long tho
• Prince Ethan when having both his hand held, he will lift himself towards u and will try to sit and balance
• Prince Ethan now can do 3/4 turn, and its almost there to do full one side turn
• Prince Ethan now when turn with tummy on the bed, can hold his head up and firmly for about a minute
• Prince Ethan tis week has his first hand painting done in school

WE are at all time encouraging him to explore and learn all these skills.. and we gave his teachers our blog address as well.. to the teachers (if you all r readin tis) namely Nor, Latipah, Linda, Liew, Madam Foo and Linda, you all been great, thanks for lookin after our dearest lil one..

So, moral of the story is "vote for Prince Ethan if u wanna see more of his pix" :P

it's official, Prince Ethan has indeed grown!

A quickie update between rushing bout.. As the title says it, Ethan has grown indeed, when we went for his jab tis morn, his weight now is 6.2kg, woo hoo! and his height is abt 59cm (not accurate cos he was fidgetty when measuin, should be more), so lil fella doing just fine... in fact his development is great as well... We were told tat we shld try increasing his consumption to additional half ounce since he is drinking well and might keep him contented longer.. :) anyway, here is another kangtao before i go... there is a shop by the name of Teng Hong in Ang Mo Kio central, its almost directly opposite the Polyclinic there, the clothing there has quite good deals... and if you using Tollyjoy Wet Tissues, they sell at $7.90, which is priced at $9.50 in Kiddy Palace and elsewhere. The have jumpers by the brand of Okunishi, quite comfy ones and good price, between $7 to $15. And the best thing of all, if you have Kiddy Palace card, additional 10% discount!! So, don't say i didnt share with you..

Amazing lil feats!

Feast your eyes to Prince Ethan's latest pix! I'm goin to send tis pix to Osh Kosh and see if can get a modelling deal! haha! Ethan doing great, in fact he is so much loved in school which is good cos he is also the youngest lor. Anyway, the amazing lil feats Ethan have done since last update:

• he now can reach for objects within his sight, ie the mobile crib toy, he can now use his hand to go touch em
• he also have started blowing "bubbles" and play saliva, at times he has the half of his fist in his mouth
• he is already turnin sideways, think matter of time it will be full 180 degree turn

All these amazing feats n glad to hv caught them on pix n vidz. Anyway, he has really grown well too... teachers says tat we need to upgrade his diaper size to M! And also some of his clothing "tight fitting" liao! alamak!

Anyway guess tomorrow got to go do some shopping for his clothes, blanket cos been rainin heavily nowadays and more mittens. Heard Robinsons have sales!

Anyway, since last update and because of the "telecom tsunami" due to the earthquake in Taiwan, the internet speed has been frustrating at times... however, our sympathy goes to those affected by the earthquake though..

Quickie update on 3 things, one, we went for a new year countdown party w Ethan but didnt stay till the countdown thou cause lil one was grouchy by then.. but it was alright for him..

Two: Lil one first day at infantcare, 3rd Jan, he adjusted ok except for us pickin him up only at 7pm due to the bad jam and heavy rain... he is slowly adjusting well to it.. the teachers love him and say he good lookin lil fella.. :) Will update more on the infantcare centre in next posting
